| 摘 要： | 档案是国家信息资源的重要组成部分，档案信息资源对高校不可或缺，通过对高校档案作为信息源主体之一的作用和高校档案工作管理模式、管理原则，对工作人员的要求以及档案的开发利用等问题的剖析，试图对高校档案工作在新形势下的地位、作用和运转有新的认识和定位。

| Abstract: | Archives plays an important part in nation's information resource and is also indispensable for colleges. This article trys to put forward a new cognition and orientation on college archives status, actions and movements in the new position, by analyzing the function of archives plays as one of the most important information resource and management mode, management principle, demand of works, development and use of college's archives. |
