| 摘 要： | 通过分析传统体育教学模式存在的弊端，作者认为体育教学从“应试教育”向“素质教育”转轨，必须改革传统的体育教学模式，变封闭型教学为开放型教学，充分发挥学生主体作用，注重学生能力培养，调动学生学习的主动性、积极性，不断提高教学质量。
