| 摘 要： | 班主任是班级管理工作的核心执行者,是学校维持运作、培养人才的基层力量。面对心理渐趋成熟,人生面临重大转向的大学生,班主任应当承担更重的责任,付出更多的努力。在人本主义教育思潮盛行的年代,在整个社会处于大转型的时期,在中国社会亟需构建新的道德价值体系的时刻,大学班主任应用真心去了解学生的思想动态和一言一行,应用实际行动去关心学生的日常生活和专业学习。

| Abstract: | University head teachers are at the core of executing the management work of class affairs, and they are an indispensable force at grass - roots levels in the process of university operation and talent cultivation. Faced with university students who are in their maturation process both mentally and physically and who are experiencing a major shift in their life, university head teachers are endowed with heavier responsibilities which require of them grea- ter endeavors to be made. In the era marked by the prevalence of humanist educational ideology and the grand transformation of the whole society, there is an urgency that a whole new set of moral value systems be established in the Chinese society; and thus university head teachers are supposed to be scrupulous about what their students think and do and make substantial efforts to concern themselves about both the daily life and academic learning of their students in real earnest. |
