| 摘 要： | 在我国 ,腐败现象仍然比较严重 ,其原因主要有 :政治体制改革滞后遗留一些弊端 ;市场经济的负面效应使国家工作人员产生不良心理倾向 ;惩治贪污贿赂犯罪的法律制度不健全。对此应采取以下预防对策 :推进政治体制改革 ,强化监督制约机制 ;加强对党政干部的思想政治教育工作 ,杜绝或减少国家工作人员的不良心理倾向 ;健全惩治贪污贿赂犯罪的法律制度

| Abstract: | The main reasons for corruption in China are as follows:some malpractices left over by the lagging of reform in political system;unhealthy psychological trends of state personnel caused by the negative effect of market economy;the imperfection of laws and regulations for suppression of crimes of embezzlement and bribery.Therefore,we should take the following countermeasures to prevent it :promoting reform in political system and strengthening supervisory mechanism;reinforcing the ideological and political education on Party and government officers and eliminating or reducing the unhealthy psychological trends of state personnel;prefecting laws and regulations for supression of crimes of embezzlement and bribery. |
