| 摘 要： | 音乐专业＂双师型＂教师有其一定的内涵和外延。当前,音乐专业＂双师型＂师资队伍结构不合理;教师实践机会少。基于目前状况,应采取一定措施,切实把好新教师的上岗关;加强高职艺术院校的对外交流活动;加强联合办学,改革办学体制,使学校、教师、学生、社会达到四方共赢;加强高职音乐专业＂双师型＂教师队伍实践能力的培养;加强对兼职音乐教师的聘任、管理工作。通过不断努力,为社会培养符合社会需要的艺术复合型人才。
