| 摘 要： | 高职院校的办公室工作人员素质的高低,直接决定着办公室工作的质量和效率。这就要求办公室工作人员必须具有坚定的政治立场和高度的政治敏锐性;有认真负责的工作态度和严谨求实的工作作风;有无私奉献精神和良好的服务意识;有娴熟的业务能力,加强自身全面素质的修养,以适应高等教育发展和学院工作的需要。

| Abstract: | The quality of the staff in higher vocational college directly decides the quality and efficiency of office work.This demands staff should possess firm political position and high political acuity,having earnest working attitude and strict working style,as well as selfness-service spirit and good service awarenss.They should also have skilled business ability and strengthen themselves the whole quality culture to adapt to the development of advanced education and the demand of college work. |
