| 摘 要： | 农产品流通合作在泛珠三角区域经济合作中占有很重要的地位。其合作的基本框架是,以农业生产和资源开发、建立健全粮食及其他农产品产销协作机制为根本目的,支持和鼓励区域内大型流通企业到产区建设一批现代化的农产品生产基地,支持和鼓励产区企业到销区建设粮食及其他农产品仓储设施和加工基地;在内地九省区建立统一、开放的农产品市场,开辟农产品”绿色通道”;在农产品流通行业管理、行政执法和行业中介建设方面开展交流与合作,包括政府间的农业管理合作与民间商会和农业合作组织之间的农业中介服务合作。

| Abstract: | Circulation and cooperation of farm productes enjoy an important status on regional economic cooperation in abroad - triangle Zhu territory. The basic frame on circulation and cooperation of farm produces is, based on the aim of farm producing , resource exploitation and the establishment of coordinative mechanism on food and other farm products markets, to sustain and encourage large -scale circulation firms constructing modem production bases in production region and deposited and process bases in distribution territories ; constituting unified and open farm produces markets and inaugurating farm produces green channels; and developing intercommunion and cooperation on management on industries of farm produces circulation, on administration execution and agency construction, including inter - governmentally agricultural management cooperation and agricultural agency services cooperation between nongovernmental chamber of commerce and agricultural cooperative organizations. |
