摘    要:通过在合肥地区义务教育学校校长与教师中开展的问卷调查,以及对调查结果的统计分析,有助于我们确定义务教育阶段教师专业化发展各项评价因素,为构建义务教育教师专业化发展评价指标体系提供了思路。

Abstract:The questionnaire survey on compulsory education primary and secondary school headmasters and teachers in Hefei area,and the statistic analysis on the result of survey helps us to summarize the evaluating factors for teachers professional development at compulsory education stage,and provide direction for the construction of evaluation system.
