| 摘 要： | 基本建设投资管理是基本建设质量、投资、工期的三大管理目标之一,也是降低工程建设成本,提高基本建设投资效益的重要手段。高校基本建设投资体制正在发生重大改革,政府投资比率仍然很大,如何搞好基本建设投资管理,努力节约建设资金,提高投资效益,是一个越来越重要的课题。

| Abstract: | The investigation management of basic construction is one of three targets,which are the management of quality,investigation and project time limit.Either it is an important method of reducing the construction cost and improving the investigation benefit.With the increasing of the ratio of government investigation during the great system reform period of basic construction in college,how to improve management,make good use of the construction fund,increase the beneficial of investigation become more and more important. |
