| 摘 要： | “与时俛仰”“以度为胜”是山涛一生的处世哲学和为人之道。“与时俛仰”使他在“独善”与“兼济”的矛盾中游刃有余；“以度为胜”使他在君臣、同僚以及朋友的关系中左右逢源。二结合，使山涛最终得以“宝身全行”。
