| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国和西方主要国家以技术贸易壁垒形式爆发的贸易摩擦呈上升趋势,其直接和间接损失将对我国经济安全和发展产生长远的作用.通过整合各方面资源,形成一个集专利信息收集、分析、发布和反馈于一体的专利预警体系十分必要.就建立专利预警机制的必要性和其中的困难进行分析,并提出了一个建立预警机制的人工智能模型.

| Abstract: | In recent years,Chinese enterprises are threatened by foreign patents.Technological trade barriers are becoming a new obstacle of Chinese international trade,and creating direct and indirect losses for our national economic securities.Therefore,a pre-warning system of patent is necessary which combines patent information collecting,analyzing and feeding back through different kinds of resources.This paper discusses necessities and difficulties of building a pre-warning system of patent,and suggests an AI model for pre-warning system of patent. |
