| 摘 要： | 实验（训）室的教学设备是教学的一种很重要的手段,它对高职学生在各类实验、实训、技能训练与比赛上起到了一个非常重要的作用.同时也对高职教师在科研方面的发展起到了一个良好的支撑作用.如何使得这些教学设备能更好地管理、运行与使用,发挥出其良好的使用与经济效益,开展对教学设备进得绩效评价与管理就显得更加有意义.

| Abstract: | Experimental （training） room teaching equipment is an important means in teaching; it not on- ly plays a very important role in students＇ kinds of experiments, training, skills training and competition, but also plays a good supporting role in the development of teachers＇ scientific research. How to manage, run, use teaching equipment well and gain economic benefits makes it becomes more meaning-ful to carry out the teaching equipment into the performance evaluation and management. |
