| 摘 要： | 根据＂作用理论＂的原理,借鉴对其他学科教师社会作用的研究成果,通过调查研究和实例分析,较全面、系统地论述了体育教师的＂三个作用＂。对体育教师的行为作用研究包括行为的关联图说、行为的观察结果、其他环境中教师行为的表现形式;对体育教师的社会地位作用研究包括社会构成、劳动特点、社会地位;对体育教师的期望作用研究包括共有的期望和作用冲突。体育教师的＂三个作用＂既有联系,又有区别。任何一个作用都不能预兆另一个作用,任何一个作用都不能优先于另一个作用。每一个作用只代表体育教师这一复杂体的一个侧面。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of interaction, this thesis draw on the experience Of else subject teacher＇ s social effect, though investigation and analyze make a Systematic and comprehensive exposition about the three effects of the teacher of P. E. The action effect study of the teacher of P. E contains the action＇ s interrelated theory, the investigate conclusion of action and the teacher action＇ s form of expression in other circumstances; The social status effect study of the teacher of P. E contains the construction of society, the character of labor and the social position ; The expectation effect study of the teacher of P. E contains the common expectation and the conflict of effect. The three effect of the teacher of P. E exist not only relationship but also distinguish. Any effect shouldn＇ t predict others effect and shouldn＇ t be priority to the others. Every effect only behalf of one side of the teacher of P. E. |
