| 摘 要： | 当今世界科学技术和经济的迅速发展,已使知识、信息、技术和资本以空前未有的速度在全球范围内流动,正在改变着国际之间竞争的实力、态势、基本结构和重点。必须看到:国际市场上的竞争,表现出来的是商品,而其强大的后盾是先进的科学技术,是实验室,是掌握最先进科学技术而应用于生产的各级各类人才,是培养和造就人才的良好的教育体系和社会环境。象中国这样的大国,若忽视科技资源的投入,就不可能有经济和技术的长足发展,在激烈的国际竞争中就会永远落后。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of science, technology and economy in the present world has driven the knowledge, information, technology and capital to flow globally with unprecedented speed, which in turn is changing the strength, status, basic structure and focus of international competition.To keep the superiority in the world market race, it is important to note that commodities are resultants appearing under strong backing of advanced science and technology. It is laboratories and qualified personnel mastering and applying the most advanced science and technology for production, and it is the favorable education system and social environment fostering skillful people, that constitute the support for products. A big country such as China will be impossible to have continuous and suficient growth in economy and technology, and will be lagging all the time in the worldwide stringent competition, if the input of science and technology resources has been neglected. |
