| 摘 要： | 本文通过对大学生就业成才的自我意识和社会评价状况的调查研究,明确了社会、家庭和学校对大学生人才的要求和定位,并针对大学生就业指导过程中存在的现实问题,提出了构建大学生就业成才导航体系的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The essay,by investigating the self-consciousness and social evaluation of college students' employment and growing-up,clarifies the requirements and orientation of the society,family and university in fostering talented graduates and further explores feasible approaches of college students' growing-up.On the basis of the realistic problems in the guidance of college students' growing-up,the essay proposes some ideas and strategies about the construction of the pilot system of college students' employment and growing-up. |
