| 摘 要： | 在纵览国内外中小企业成长影响因素研究成果的基础上,通过对西安市中小企业的问卷调查,运用成长企业与衰退企业的比较分析方法,探讨了影响西部中小企业成长的主要因素,归纳出中小企业成长的共性特征,为西部中小企业政策制定提供了依据.
