| 摘 要： | 纵观市场经济国家经济发展的历史,可以发现,在其宏观经济政策背后都有着经济理论的支持,然而这些特定经济理论支持的经济政策,虽然会解决某一极具针对性的问题,但也因极具针对性而会产生未曾顾及的消极后果。我们是后发展中国家,可以发挥后发优势,汲取别人的经验和教训,使我们的经济政策设计更为科学,而不是重蹈别人消极后果的覆辙。
