| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设是学习实践科学发展观，构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。马克思、恩格斯关于人与自然关系的论述，为我们正确认识和处理人类社会和自然环境的相互关系，建设社会主义生态文明指明了总体方向，科学发展观为我国生态文明建设提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological civilization is the inherent requirements of study and practice scientific concept of development, building a harmonious socialist society. Marx and Engels' discussion about the relationship between human and nature pointed out the overall direction for us to correctly understand and deal with the relationship between human society and environment, and build community ecological civilization. The scientific concept of development provides a theoretical basis for Chinese ecological civilization construction. |
