| Abstract: | Advancing party modernization needs to improve the Party's ruling ability.We must foster the idea of development,concepts of democracy,rule of law and promote the concept of modernization;we should improve the party's congress system,innovate decentralized system of checks and balances within the party,promote the party's organizational structure system modernization,correctly handle the party law,the party and government,the relationships between the party and boost the modernization of the party's administrative style. |
