| 摘 要： | SARS疫情作为一个突发事件 ,给了我们 ,特别是饭店业一个惨痛的教训。本文对我国饭店业在SARS期间所暴露出的问题进行了分析 ,并提出我国饭店业亟待解决的问题 ,包括建立危机管理体系 ,提高饭店行业应对危机的能力 ;健全社会失业保障系统 ,维护饭店和员工利益 ;规范市场秩序 ,避免恶性竞争 ;扶持饭店协会的成长 ,持续稳定地发展饭店业 ;形成地理分布网络化 ,提高饭店集团的竞争力。

| Abstract: | As a sudden occurrence, SARS teaches us, especially our hospitality, a painful lesson. This paper analyses the problems cropping up during the period of SARS and sets forth the solutions to these problems, including setting up the management system of crisis, promoting the ability of handling crisis, bettering the system of social security to protect the benefits of the staff, standardizing the order of the market to avoid the vicious competition, fostering the growth of the hotel association to ensure the steady development of hospitality and forming geographical networking to increase the competitive ability of a hotel group. |
