| 摘 要： | 重大体育赛事已成为提升城市综合竞争能力的重要工具。与之同时,志愿服务也正成为重大体育赛事不可或缺的组成部分。运用文献分析、典型案例、个案访谈等方法对我国城市重大体育赛事志愿服务管理现状进行了探讨,对我国城市重大体育赛事志愿服务管理机制目前存在的弊端和问题进行了研究,并提出一些针对性建议。

| Abstract: | The city major sport events have become an important tool to enhance a city's comprehensive competence.At the same time,voluntary service is playing an essential part in major sport events.This paper has mainly studied the current situation and the problems and defects existing in voluntary service in the city major sport event in China by methods of literature,case study and interview.Some advices pointing to it are also put forward. |
