| 摘 要： | 研究了玉米除草剂烟嘧磺隆对斑马鱼胚胎孵化的影响.以三组不同浓度（20 mg/L、40 mg/L和80 mg/L）的烟嘧磺隆溶液处理斑马鱼胚胎,观察并记录斑马鱼胚胎孵化情况.结果发现,烟嘧磺隆可导致斑马鱼胚胎孵化率显著降低并延缓斑马鱼胚胎的发育过程.

| Abstract: | The paper studied the effects of corn herbicide nicosulfuron on the hatching of zebrafish embryos. The zebrafish em- bryos were treated with different concentrations of nicosulfuron solution（ 20 mg / L,40 mg / L and 80 mg / L）,the number of hatched larvae was recorded every day. The results showed that nicosulfuron treatment not only reduced the hatching rate of zebrafish embry- os,but also delayed the development process of zebrafish embryos. |
