| 摘 要： | 跨行政区民族是指某些聚居民族被行政体制客观地划分为不同政区、辖区和归属地而造成一族跨两地或多地的现象,在历史时期,这种民族治理模式在维护王权统治和区域稳定上具有十分重要的作用,不过随着改革开放和市场经济的发展,打破行政区隔和建立区域一体化的协同机制已是时代所需。

| Abstract: | The Minority cross administrative regions means that some areas inhabited by the same Minority are divided into different administrative regions, areas under jurisdiction by the political and administrative system. It is a kind of phenomenon of＂one Minority, multi-regions＂, In the historical period, this kind of Minority governance mode played an important role in maintaining the stability of rules and regions. The reform and opening up and the development of market economy urge the break of the administrative region partition and the establishment of cooperative mechanism of regional integration. |
