| 摘 要： | 通过对大学生就业形势的分析和就业难成因的剖析,认为影响大学生就业难的原因主要有高校扩招与就业岗位的矛盾、学校专业设置与社会需求的矛盾和大学生的就业观念与就业方式的矛盾等等,因此,应采取加强思想教育、确立正确的择业观和完善教育体制,调整办学思路,培养特色人才等措施,才能使大学生就业工作与和谐社会建设相适应.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the situation and the difficulty of college graduates' employment,the author thinks that the difficulty of the graduates' employment is mainly caused by the contradiction between expanded enrollment and the limited employment posts,the establishment of specialized courses and the requirement of the society,and the outlook on employment and the ways of it,therefore,it is suggested that ideological education be enhanced,proper outlook and perfect education system be set up,the ideas of running a school be adjusted,and special talents be trained so that the work of undergraduates' employment can be adapted to the construction of a harmonious society.Key wores:a harmonious society;employment of college graduates;scientific development viewpoint |
