| 摘 要： | 事实与价值的区分是当代西方价值哲学中的重要问题。元伦理学的开创者摩尔为这一区分做出了重要贡献。之后,任何把事实与价值联系起来的努力,都必然要回答摩尔的开放问题论证。早期自然主义的努力没有成功地回答摩尔的问题,以塞尔为代表的自然主义从制度事实方面回答摩尔的问题论证,对事实与价值的关系给予了新的理解。重新理解事实与价值的关系,就要看到社会制度性事实对于社会价值所具有的决定性作用。
