摘    要:随着我国进入WTO,双语教学已成为今后教学改革的着眼点之一。实行双语教学,能够使教师了解最新教学体系、教学内容和先进国家的语言化,对提高教师的教学水平,培养具有全球化视野和国际交流能力的高素质人才具有十分积极的意义。本对地方性教学为主的高校双语教学的定位以及内容、深度和应注意的问题进行了阐述。

Abstract:Following the entrance of China into WTO, bilingual teaching has been become one of the key points in teaching reform. Putting the bilingual teaching into fact enables teachers to understand the new teaching-learning system, the contents of teaching, and the languages and culture of advanced countries. It is significant to carry out bilingual teaching both for teachers to enhance their ability and for the students to wider their horizon and gain their international exchange ability.
