| 摘 要： | 全球经济的飞速发展和学习型社会的逐步构建,为我国成人教育的发展提供了良好机遇,但同时也提出了严峻挑战。在当今的知识经济时代里,科学发展观是发展我国特色社会主义的重大战略思想,坚持以科学发展观为指导,是进一步深化成人教育改革、创新机制,实现成人教育全面、协调、可持续发展的必然要求。树立科学的成人教育发展观,全面更新成人教育观念,只有这样才能为成人教育管理的发展与创新指明方向,才能为成人教育管理理念的创新提供保证。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of global economy and gradually build a learning society, for our country provides a good opportunity for the development of adult education, but also put forward severe challenges. In today＇s knowledge economy era, the concept of scientific development is the development of Chinese characteristic socialism great strategic thinking, adhere to the scientific de velopment concept as the instruction, is to further deepening the reform of adult education, the inno vation mechanism, to realize adult education the inevitable requirement of all round, coordinated and sustainable development. Establishing the adult education of scientific development views, fully updated concept of adult education, only in this way can indicate the direction for the development of adult education management and innovation, to provide guarantee for adult education management concept of innovation. |
