高师院校“顶岗支教”实习模式对高职师范教育的启示

摘    要:高师院校的"顶岗支教"实习模式自实施以来取得了一定的成绩,无论是对高师院校、支教学生还是支教学校都产生了一定的积极影响,但在实施过程中也产生了一系列的问题。对于举办高职师范教育的高职院校来说,借鉴高师院校"顶岗支教"实习模式的优点,同时回避其不足,是实施"顶岗支教"时应该关注的问题。

Abstract:The practice of post replacement to assist teaching of Teachers Colleges has a chieved certain results, both for normal universities, supporting teaching students or support educa tion schools. But the practice also produced a series issue in the implementation process. Terms for7 vocational colleges, it is important to learn the advantages in Teachers College and avoid its short comings in the practice of post replacement to assist teaching.
