| 摘 要： | Web3.0环境对图书馆参考咨询服务产生了很大的影响：服务终端多样化,资源共享进一步深化,个性化服务成为主流,智能搜索需求不断加大。高职院校图书馆参考咨询馆员必须具备过硬的计算机与外语水平、不断创新的精神、较高的信息素质以及良好的团队合作精神,才能够适应新环境带来的挑战。

| Abstract: | The Web3.0 setting exerts great influence on the reference service in libraries： terminal service clients being varied, the sharing of resources going deeper, personalized service becoming a trend, and the need for smart search expanding gradually. Vocational college reference librarians that want to meet these new challenges must have sufficient computer skills, English proficiency, innovative ideas, high-level information quality and teamwork spirit. |
