| 摘 要： | 在我国实施建设创新型国家战略、各地政府纷纷建立自主创新试验区时期,提升技术能力是落实这一战略的关键所在,产业集群具有提升技术能力的组织优势,各地政府应利用产业集群组织优势,整合各类资源,建立有效机制,以便更好更快地提升产业集群技术能力。通过对产业集群技术能力概念界定和构成要素、增长机理和演化轨迹及技术能力评价体系等方面研究动态的分析,总结出产业集群快速提升技术能力的实践启示。
