| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,肩负着培养一线高技能人才的使命。目前,在高等职业教育迅速发展的实践中,存在教育资源配给不均衡、人才培养模式特色不明显等问题和矛盾,传统的教育模式正受到冲击。高等教育的信息化发展正在改变着传统的教育模式,资源开放型E-Learning(电子化学习)系统的构建将在高职教育的教学结构、教学媒体、课程建设、教学资源和学生能力培养创新等方面发挥重要的作用。它在高职教育上的应用,将创造一种新型的学习模式,将是知识创造的重要工具、终身学习的最佳选择、创新人才培养的重要途径。
