| 摘 要： | 以数据库法律保护模式为切入点，对我国数据库现行多重法律保护制度及其司法实践进行逐一评述,在分析现行法律制度效用与不足的基础上，对照国际数据库保护新举措，提出我国数据库法律保护制度完善与发展建议。 如，进一步完善现行相关法律制度、研究和推行我国数据库专门法的建设等。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly introduces legal protection modes of the databases, and then reviews individually the current legal protection system and its judicial practices in our country. On the basis of analyzing the effectiveness and inadequacy of the current legal system and according to new measures to protect databases of the world, it puts forward proposals to perfect and develop the legal protection systems for databases of our country. |
