| Abstract: | To comply with the process of China’s reenterin g WT O, the Chinese economy would gradually go into the trend of the world economic s ystem. How to reform the local economy to answer readily the challenge of China ’s reentering WTO is an important assignment of the local leaders. Luoyang shou ld perfect its local policy and laws on the basis of the economic development to meet the demands of the rules of WTO. |
