| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是新时期党中央提出的解决我国“三农”问题的战略举措。作者认为,建设社会主义新农村的关键是培育社会主义新农民,而教育是培养新农民的基础。要加大对农村的教育投入,大力发展农村教育,全面提高农民的科学丈化水平。唯有如此,才能为我国农村现代化,最终实现我国社会的全面现代化提供长期的、有效的人力资源保障。

| Abstract: | Building a new socialist rural party in the new era is the solution to our"three agricultural"strategic move.This article asserts that the key to build a new socialist rural is to cultivate new farmers.And eduction is the basis for caltivating new farmers.It is necessary to intensify investment in rural educmion,rural education development vigorously and comprehensively enhance their scientific and cultural levels.Only thus is it possible for our rural modernization,and ultimately provide a long-term modernization of our society comprehensive and effective protection of human resources. |
