| Abstract: | Environment friendliness, safety, consumer requirements and cost effectiveness are the key factors on which the research and application of postharvest manipulation technology of fruits should be based. Future trends of some important aspects in fruit postharvest technology, including controlled atmosphere storage, antagonistic microorganisms of postharvest diseases, heat treatment and ionizing radiation, edible coating, non destructive test of internal quality, and engineering were discussed in this paper. |
