| 摘 要： | 福利管理是人力资源管理流程的一个环节，它对提高高校图书馆员的工作积极性和创造性有重要意义，是高校图书馆对人才吸纳、维系和激励的前提。文章论述了福利、福利管理的含义，分析高校图书馆福利的内容、高校图书馆福利的效用分析及高校图书馆进行福利分配应该掌握的尺度。

| Abstract: | Welfare management is a tache in the process of human resource management. It is very important for improving the enthusiasm and creative ability of librarian. It is a measure for university library to attract and encourage personnel. This paper discusses the content of welfare and welfare management, analyzes the content and avail of welfare of university library, and the supposed standard for welfare distribution in university library. |
