| 摘 要： | 目前,我省部分高职学生没有养成良好的体育锻炼习惯和方法,产生厌学体育倾向,对体育运动与锻炼兴趣不高,影响了学生的体质健康,影响了学生素质的全面发展。本文从几个方面分析如何培养学生的体育兴趣,达到强身键体和终身体育的目的。

| Abstract: | Recently,in my province most college students have no interest in physical exercises.they have been weary of sports.those students don't build up a good babbit and way to do exercises,so the situation affects the students' phys- ique and healthy,and also interrupts the complete development of the students.This article analyzes how to develop the students' interest in sports in several aspects so as to obtain the destination to be strong and healthy. |
