| 摘 要： | 人本管理是以人为中心的管理模式。人本思想是图书馆管理的灵魂。图书馆实行人本管理必须要重视队伍建设,优化馆员综合素质,以馆员的能力为本,必须要加强制度建设,实现管理的科学化、规范化,必须坚持人本原则、情感原则、激励原则和服务原则。

| Abstract: | Humanistic management is personnel center management mode.Humanistic thought is the spirit of library management.Humanistic management in library needs to emphasize librarian cultivation,optimize librarian whole quality,strengthen system construction,realize scientific and norming management.Also humanistic management must insist on human-oriented principle,emotion-oriented principle,stimulation principle and service principle. |
