| 摘 要： | 制定了评价地区产业竞争力的原则,明确了影响地区产业竞争力的因素,构建了评价地区产业竞争力的指标体系,提出了改进的层次分析法和功效函数的概念,并结合有关数据,对济南市和青岛市的产业竞争力进行了评估,最后对比较结果进行了简明分析。

| Abstract: | The principle for evaluation of Regional Industrial Competitiveness (RIC) is built in this paper. The factors affecting the RIC are analyzed. The RIC evaluation system is built. The new concepts of Improved Analysis of Hierarchical Process (IAHP) and Contribution Function (CF) are also advanced. With some related data, competitiveness evaluation of different industries of Jinan city and Qingdao city is made. Finally the brief analyses on the results are made. |
