| 摘 要： | 目前,家庭、学校以及自我教育的缺乏造成了当今大学生感恩思想的日益淡化,致使大学生中频频出现与感恩思想相悖的现象。这提示我们,对大学生的感恩教育亟待加强。而＂心理契约＂管理模式的构建可以有效地加强大学生感恩教育。

| Abstract: | The lack of responsibility education in family and schools has resulted in the loss of college students＇thanks-giving thoughts and the occurance of phenomena contradictory to thanks-giving attitudes.This therefore reminds us of the importance to enhance this kind of education.The construction of psychological contract with its core issues of psychological expectations and responsibilities will be effective to strengthen college students＇thanks-giving thoughts. |
