| 摘 要： | 发展现代服务业对国民经济和社会发展具有极为重要的意义.创新是现代服务业发展的动力.国外政府和研究机构对促进服务业的创新进行了深入研究并设计实施了一系列促进服务业创新的政策.本文借鉴国外制定的服务业创新政策,结合我国现代服务业发展与创新中存在的实际问题,为我国服务业创新政策的制定提供一定的参照.
