| 摘 要： | 创业型大学是现代大学发展过程中出现的一种类型定位,这类大学有自身的办学特征,即将知识资源转化为知识资本,从而获取大学发展的动能。较之于传统类型的大学,创业型大学强调组织柔性的实现与知识生产效率的提高。因而,创业型大学学术运行机制的变革应当围绕学科、任务与平台三大核心要素展开,构建基于学科、面向任务、整合资源的矩阵型组织结构。
