| 摘 要： | 为了进一步加强地方高校科研创新团队的建设,通过对地方高校科研创新团队的现状的实证分析,找出地方高校科研创新团队建设和管理存在的问题。针对存在的问题,从提高认识、加大投入力度、加强制度建设、创新人才管理机制和完善评估体系等方面提出可行的解决对策。
