| 摘 要： | 日本和美国在采取市场就业模式解决大学生就业问题的同时积极发挥政府的作用,在需求、供给及供求匹配等方面出台干预政策全面促进大学生就业,取得了较好的政策效果,这些政策对我国制定大学生就业促进政策具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | While adopting market employment mode to solve the problem of college graduates' employment,Japan and the USA make full use of government to make intervention policies in three aspects such as the supply,demand and the match between supply and demand to promote college graduates' employment.It has achieved good policy effects.These policies have certain references for China to make college graduates' employment policies. |
