| 摘 要： | 近30年来,我国基于教师团队组织的教师道德成长经验有:20世纪80年代,着重于师德教育和个人修养,兼及教师榜样示范的影响;20世纪90年代,着力于管理制度建设,强调教师群体互动的作用;21世纪前10年,着眼于教育教学改进,突出教师团队合作的功能。
