| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生就业难既有量的矛盾,又有质的矛盾,两者交织在一起,使大学生就业问题更加错综复杂。但目前我国的职业生涯教育在理论和实践上都处于探索阶段,存在诸多问题。需要建立由国家政府支持、社会企业参与、高校主导、大学生为主体的职业生涯教育体系。
