| 摘 要： | 博弈论分析是经济学中假定博弈双方处于非均衡状态时常用的分析方法。本文中笔者将博弈论分析用于公共政策过程中，深入公共政策过程中的利益博弈以及对影响公共政策制定过程中制度公正的几种利益影响因素进行分析，从而探寻公共政策过程中制度公正的规律进而为公共政策制定过程中达到公正合理提出可行性意见。

| Abstract: | The game theory analysis is the method which is commonly used to suppose the two sides in the game to be non-equilibrium in economics. The author in this paper will apply and analyze several benefit influencing factors which have the impact of public policy-making process as well as in public policy process, thus exploring the law of public policy in order to put forward feasible suggestions for achieving fair and reasonable public policy-making process. |
