| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实地调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，对泉州市中心城区住宅小区体育场地设施建设及管理现状进行调查。研究表明：泉州市中心城区住宅小区体育用地严重不足，种类单一；大部分住宅小区体育设施没有设立专门的管理机构，且管理人员和体育指导员配置少；体育场地设施以无偿开放为主，开放程度和时间都较好，利用率也较高，但对其的检查和维护频率都较低；住宅小区体育场地设施匮乏与简陋是影响着城市居民就近就便参与体育锻炼的重要因素。
