摘    要:新冠肺炎疫情期间,教育部发布"停课不停学"号召,各地纷纷响应并陆续出台相关政策,利用互联网教育资源开展教学。在此背景下,文章在全国范围内对区县教育管理者、学校管理者、教师、学生和家长进行了网络问卷调查,以了解"停课不停学"时期的在线教学情况和不同主体对在线教学的态度。基于此,文章总结了"停课不停学"时期在线教学存在的问题并提出了应对措施,以更好地服务于在线教学,确保疫情结束后在线教学的健康发展,并为统筹、协调全国力量开展在线教学以应对未来不可预见的公共危机提供参考。

Abstract:During the period of COVID-19 epidemic situation, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has issued a call for "suspending classes without stopping learning", and various regions have successively introduced corresponding policies to use Internet education resources to carry out teaching. Under this context, the paper conducted questionnaire surveies on district and county education managers, school managers, teachers, students and parents across the country, in order to understand the online teaching situation and different subject’s attitudes towards online teaching during the period of "suspending classes without stopping learning". On this basis, the problems existing in online teaching during the period of "suspending classes without stopping learning" were summarized, and countermeasures were presented. It was expected to better serve online teaching, ensure the healthy development of online education after the end of the epidemic situation, and provide reference for coordinating national strength to carry out online teaching response to future unforeseen public crises.
