摘    要:连续碳酸化分解过程是一个大滞后、强耦合的复杂工业过程,传统控制方法难以奏效。该文基于连续碳酸化分解过程机理和长期积累的专家经验,以进料阀门和4、5#CO2通气阀门为主要控制对象,开发了连续碳酸化分解过程分解率专家控制系统。采用产生式规则设计了分解率专家控制知识库,使用前向搜索进行逻辑推理来得到控制量,并采用前馈方法对大时滞因素进行修正补偿,从而实现分解率的优化控制。应用结果表明,系统能稳定优化的运行,分解率合格率提高了4%,平均分解率为94.2%。

Abstract:The process of continual carbonation decomposition is such a long time-delay and strong-coupling complex industrial process that it is difficult to controlled by traditional method.In this paper,the principle knowledge and experts' experience of continuous carbonation decomposition is applied to design a expert control system of decomposition ratio in the process of continual carbonation decomposition,in which,the valve of flow and the valves of CO2 into the forth and fifth decomposer are main controlled plants.Firstly,decomposition ratio expert knowledge databases are designed using production-rule method.Then,ahead-searching method is applied to inference to obtain the value of control.At last,the forward-feed method is adopted to modify the effect caused by the fact of long time-delay.The practical results show that eligible ratio of decomposition ratio increases by 4%,and average value of decomposition ratio is up to 94.2%.The system is always running well.
